Member Plugin Pro 2.0.1 Brings Customizable Unlock Buttons, Member Display Name Change

Member Plugin Pro

Member Plugin Pro 2.0.1 brings major quality of life changes and some fixes:

Unlock Button Customization

Now you can customize the colors and text of your unlock and upgrade buttons at your WP admin -> Member Plugin Pro -> Settings -> Memberships menu. You can customize the background color and text color for the button and their text and make them fit the design of your site. This currently works only with the on-site membership option only:

Member Display Name Customization

Now your members can change their display names at the membership dashboard page. This works for both on-site members and Patreon members:

Membership Setup Wizard Links and Buttons Added

It wasn’t easy to access the membership setup wizard after you used it once. So a link to the setup wizard was added the notice about on-site memberships being available when only using Patreon. And a new card in the WP Admin -> Settings -> Memberships settings page allows you to start the wizard from there whenever you need.

A PHP Warning About Page Creation Fixed

In certain cases a PHP warning was appearing when the membership related pages weren’t successfully created. This was fixed.

You can update your plugin from your WP admin using your All Access License if you are member of Codebard Patreon Campaign’s All Access tier, or your individual Patron Pro license. You can download your plugin and all other plugins from the All Access page as an All Access member or from your Codebard account.

Updating

Updating Patron Pro is very easy:

If you see a notice that says new version is available for Patron Pro in your WordPress admin, just click to upgrade your installation. Patron Pro will do the rest. Upgrading requires having an active Patron Pro license or an active All Access License which is saved in the Addons tab of your Patron Pro admin. If you recently activated your license, you may need to wait ~45 minutes for it to be recognized.

If you aren’t able to see any notice or updates, then you may need to do it manually once. To do that, just deactivate/delete Patron Plugin Pro by CodeBard in your WordPress plugin admin. Then download the latest version from your CodeBard account, and upload/install and activate the patron-plugin-pro.zip you just downloaded. Patron Pro will do the rest.
