Installation procedure is easy and straightforward:
1 – If you don’t already have CodeBard Help Desk, go to your WordPress Admin -> Plugins tab, and click ‘Add New’ from above.
2 – In the resulting page, click ‘Upload Plugin’ and select codebard-help-desk.zip file which is among the files you downloaded.
3 – Click Upload. Core Help Desk Plugin will install, and will show you an introductory welcome screen.
4 – Visit your WordPress Admin’s Plugin’s tab again, and click ‘Add New’ again.
5 – In the resulting page, click ‘Upload Plugin’ again, and this time select ‘codebard-help-desk-woocommerce-integration.zip’ file which is among the files you downloaded.
6 – Click Upload. WooCommerce Integration will install, and will show you an introductory welcome screen.
7 – Check the Introductory screen for tips on getting started. Guides and manual are available on our website and they are also included among the files you downloaded.
8 – Reading both Quickstart guides will get you started rapidly.
