Common questions and answers
What is a license?
A license is used for updating your plugin from your WP admin easily. It enables access to updates. With a license, you always have access to the latest version of the plugin. This will allow you to get new features, security fixes and other updates without having to pay for them.
What happens if I don't renew?
You lose access to new versions, new features, bug and security fixes. Your existing plugin/addon installed at your site continues to work as it did before. But if a new version that is not backwards compatible is released, your old version may stop functioning entirely or partially.
How many sites can I use my license key with?
You can activate your plugin on different sites depending on the plugin/extension and your plan. The payment option given on this page should tell you how many sites are included in the plan.
Why do I have to renew my license yearly?
Renewing your license yearly enables you to receive all new versions, new features, security and bug fixes and updates. It also enables Codebard to continue development of your plugin and bring you new features while keep plugin updated and secure.

Do I have to pay extra for support?
Premium support is free for all active license holders! You can get support by opening a ticket at our help desk anytime.
Will my plugin/extension work with WordPress.com?
Yes, but installing plugins at WordPress.com requires a Business plan at WordPress.com. Lower tier plans at WP.com do not allow installing plugins. You can get hosting at a different provider which allows installing plugins if WP.com’s Business plan is not to your liking.
