Patron Pro 1.3.4 is out with major Login lock bugfix, Creator profile url fix, Become a Patron button fix

Patron Plugin Pro

Patron Pro 1.3.4 update brings you major bugfixes

A major bug which caused login lock to fail for normal user/password logins was fixed

A bug was causing users which registered via Patreon to still be able to log in with user/pass even if their pledge level didn’t qualify for login lock levels. This was fixed. Now any user logging in via Patreon or via normal WP login/pass are checked for pledge level or admin status when logging in.

Login lock now places users on pledge flow

Before login lock didn’t put users on pledge flow. This caused users to not be able to easily log in when login lock was activated, since they needed to manually visit your Patreon page to pledge first, and then go and login via your website.

Now login buttons will include the correct $ level required to log into your site and they will send users to pledge flow to pledge to you. This will allow users to pledge and login in one seamless login process, just like the post unlock process.

Creator url bug in locked post interface fixed

A minor bug was causing %%creator_link%% to appear instead of your proper Patreon profile url on the interface in locked posts. This bug was fixed. Now the url should be properly placed in interface.

Patron Pro now auto-fills your creator profile url for “Become a Patron” buttons

Previously, if you didn’t fill in your creator profile url in “Patron Plugin Pro -> Quickstart -> Site’s Patreon user”, your visitors would go to a 404 page when visiting your unlocked posts and clicking “Become a Patron” button.

Now Patron Pro auto-fills this value if its not saved, and the users will be directed to your Patreon profile.

Pledge level is now correctly used by “Become a Patron” buttons

A fix now allows Become a Patron buttons to correctly send your users to the pledge flow with $1, if you have turned on ‘Put users directly to Patron Pipeline when they click a “be our patron” button’ setting in Patron Plugin Pro -> Content Locking.

An issue with admin side notices was fixed

An issue was causing notices, warnings with admin side notices from the plugin. This was fixed.
